The most important part to us of our attendance policy is that you COMMUNICATE with us!

Meetings: 100% communication and at least 50% attendance at team meetings (Friday meetings) is required. It is your responsibility each week to text your designated Mission Control member if you can’t make it with your excuse. It is unacceptable to miss a team meeting if there is no scheduling conflict.

If you do not communicate with your Mission Control member and you are absent from a team meeting, you receive one strike. Your assigned Mission Control member will contact you. If you have a valid excuse and give them a full update on your event preparation, the strike will be cleared.

Once you receive two strikes, your spot on the team is no longer secure. It may be granted to someone else.

Competitions: Competitions are two-strike events. If you do not show up for a competition that you committed to, your spot will immediately be granted to someone else. Please MARK YOUR CALENDAR and SET AN ALARM! In case of an emergency, please notify your Mission Control member as soon as possible.
